2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on cv999, a member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Valid government-issued documents such as a national ID card or passport may be requested as proof of age. If a minor registers, their account will be closed immediately and the return of any deposited funds will be reviewed separately.

2.2 Number of Accounts

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all such accounts will be closed immediately and any deposited bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — must be accurate and up to date. If false or misleading information is provided, cv999 reserves the right to suspend or close the account without notice.

2.4 Account Security

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; and before withdrawing the bonus amount, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Conditions for Claiming Bonuses

• Each bonus offer must be claimed within a specific time limit.
• If a withdrawal request is made after receiving a bonus but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus in the same category will not apply unless the offer states different conditions.
• cv999 may set a maximum single bet amount when playing with a bonus balance.

4.3 Weekly and Other Bonuses

4.4 Preventing Misuse

If cv999 has evidence that the bonus system is being misused — such as coordinated betting, taking advantage through multiple accounts, or any other dishonest method — cv999 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and close the account.

5.1 VIP Level Details

cv999's VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Levels change based on member activity. At each level, a weekly cashback is provided as a fixed percentage of the week's net losses:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

5.2 Cashback Calculation Method

Cashback is calculated based on the net loss, which is total losses minus total winnings for the week. Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Cashback is paid once per week.

5.3 Right to Change VIP Benefits

cv999 reserves the right to amend VIP level benefits, cashback rates, or level-change criteria with prior notice. Changes will take effect from the date of announcement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv999 platform:

1. Operating an account using someone else's identity or registering while concealing your own identity.
2. Attempting to manipulate platform games or betting activities using software bots, automated betting systems, or any other technology.
3. Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
4. Sending malicious code or malware to cv999's servers, software, or network.
5. Fraudulently using any bonus or promotion offer, such as fake friend referrals or money laundering.
6. Any activity that could damage cv999's services or reputation.

If any of the above activities are confirmed, cv999 reserves the right to close the relevant account, forfeit deposited funds, and take legal action if necessary.

11.1 Service Guarantee

If a dispute arises between a member and cv999, an attempt must first be made to resolve it through discussion with the cv999 support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, both parties may mutually agree to seek the assistance of a mediator.
